伴随着沥青路面回收料(RAP)在沥青路面修筑和维护中的逐步推广应用,有关RAP对再生路面结构及其力学性能的影响已有了大量的研究,但对RAP旧沥青和新沥青的融合问题还尚不清楚。工程应用中通常假定RAP旧沥青与新沥青发生了完全融合。但如果两者没有完全融合,路面的使用寿命将小于预期水平。该文中,假定再生沥青混合料中集料表面各沥青层可独立完全地分离出来,在此前提下,研究中对再生沥青混合料进行了分层萃取,并利用凝胶渗透色谱(GPC)和傅立叶转换红外光谱(FTIR)对分层萃取出的各层沥青进行定量检测,经对比分析后确定RAP旧沥青和新沥青的融合程度。研究结果表明:再生沥青混合料中RAP表面各层旧沥青与新沥青均发生了一定程度的融合。
With the gradual popularization and application of RAP in asphalt pavement construction and maintenance, there has been a lot of research on the influence of RAP on the structure of recycled pavement and its mechanical properties. However, the integration of RAP with new asphalt The problem is still not clear. In engineering applications, it is generally assumed that RAP old asphalt is completely fused with the new asphalt. However, if the two are not fully integrated, the service life of the road surface will be less than expected. In this paper, it is assumed that the asphalt layers on the aggregate surface in the recycled asphalt mixture can be completely and completely separated. Under the premise, the recycled asphalt mixture is fractionated and studied by gel permeation chromatography (GPC) and Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy (FTIR) was used to quantitatively test the asphalt extracted from each layer. After comparative analysis, the degree of fusion between the RAP old asphalt and the new asphalt was determined. The results show that all the layers of RAP in the recycled asphalt mixture have a certain degree of fusion with the new asphalt.
