Platelet-activating factor (PAF) is an endogenous phospholipid mediator with a wide range of bioactivities, and is involved in the pathogenesis of various diseases in vivo. As an important mediator in the pathological process of brain injury, PAF mediates and directly participates in the molecular pathological process of hypoxic-ischemic brain damage, which has been reported in many molecular biological experiments [1].
