一、总体评价 针对分体室外机成品抽检合格率仅在98.5％左右徘徊,与本部下达的指标99％存在一定差距,于是小组以此为课题,开展活动。他们从统计不合格的缺陷入手,找到了造成合格率低的主要原因,并通过原因分析,确定主要原因,制订和实施对策,最终使成品抽检合格率由原来的平均98.52％提高到平均99.15％,超过了小组制订的成品抽检合格率达到99％的目标,取得了很好的效果。
I. Overall Evaluation The qualified rate for spot product sampling of split outdoor units was only around 98.5%, which was inconsistent with the 99% of the indicators issued by the headquarters. Therefore, the team used this as the issue to carry out activities. They started from the defects of statistical failure and found the main reasons for the low pass rate. Through the analysis of causes, they identified the main reasons, formulated and implemented countermeasures, and finally improved the pass rate of finished product sampling from the original average of 98.52% to an average of 99.15%. , exceeding the group’s goal of achieving a 99% pass rate of finished product sampling, and achieved very good results.
