本文以四乙基氢氧化铵((TEA)OH)及硅溶胶等为原料进行硅沸石及高硅铝比ZSM-5分子筛的合成实验。探讨了在Na_2O-(TEA)_2O-SiO_2-H_2O体系中合成硅沸石的某些规律性,发现在晶化温度为140~180℃范围内,上述体系中(Na_2O+(TEA)_2O)/SiO_2<0.12,SiO_2/(TEA)_2O>9的条件下可以合成得到硅沸石,晶化温度过高、晶化时间过长会导致硅沸石转晶为α-石英。在类似条件下探讨了合成硅铝比(SiO_2/Al_2O_3)100以上ZSM-5分子筛的规律.
In this paper, tetraethylammonium hydroxide ((TEA) OH) and silica sol as raw materials for the synthesis of zeolite and high silica-alumina ratio ZSM-5 zeolite. Some regularities of silica zeolite synthesis in Na 2 O (TEA) 2 O-SiO 2 -H 2 O system were discussed. It was found that Na 2 O (TEA) 2 O) / SiO 2 < 0.12, SiO 2 / (TEA) 2 O> 9, the crystallization temperature is too high, and the crystallization time is too long, the silicalite will be crystallized into α-quartz. Under the similar conditions, the regularity of synthesizing ZSM-5 zeolite with Si / Al ratio (SiO 2 / Al 2 O 3) more than 100 was investigated.
