近年来随着CT扫描的开展,偏头痛患者头颅CT扫描可出现异常改变,如显示脑萎缩、脑梗塞和脑实质密度改变等。国外Jain、Cuctter各报告1例偏头痛CT扫描显示少见的暂时性低或高密度(增强)改变。我院近2年收治偏头痛患者9例,均经头颅CT扫描,其中2例CT有改变,报道如下。 In recent years, with the development of CT scanning, migraine head CT scan may be abnormal changes, such as showing brain atrophy, cerebral infarction and cerebral parenchymal density changes. Foreign Jain, Cuctter each reported 1 case of migraine CT scan showed rare transient or high-density (enhanced) changes. My hospital nearly 2 years treated migraine patients in 9 cases, were skull CT scan, of which 2 cases of CT have changed, reported as follows.
