目的:研究荔枝汁对情绪应激大鼠血脂代谢的调节作用。方法:将24只雄性SD大鼠随机分为3组:对照组、模型组、荔枝汁组,采用不确定性空瓶刺激的方法建立大鼠焦虑模型,造模前分别给予大鼠灌服生理盐水(对照组、模型组)、荔枝汁(荔枝汁组),14d后利用旷场实验测试大鼠行为,随后测定大鼠血浆甘油三酯(TG)、总胆固醇(TC)、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇(LDL-C)和高密度脂蛋白胆固醇(HDL-C)水平,并计算非高密度脂蛋白胆固醇(non-HDL-C)含量、TG/HDL-C、LDL-C/HDL-C的比值。结果:对照组体质量及食物利用率极显著高于其余各组(p<0.01);各组大鼠总运动距离及直立次数差异无显著性(p>0.05),模型组中央区停留时间以及中央区进入次数均显著低于对照组和荔枝汁组(p<0.05),模型组修饰次数显著高于荔枝汁组(p<0.05);模型组的血浆TC显著高于对照组(p<0.05)、non-HDL-C显著高于对照组和荔枝汁组(p<0.05)、LDL-C极显著高于对照组(p<0.01);模型组的血浆TG/HDL-C显著低于对照组(p<0.05);荔枝汁组的血浆HDL-C显著高于对照组和模型组(p<0.05);在血浆LDL-C/HDL-C方面,模型组极显著地高于对照组和荔枝汁组(p<0.01)。结论:荔枝汁能降低焦虑水平并改善血脂代谢。
Objective: To study the regulation of litchi juice on blood lipid metabolism in emotional stress rats. Methods: Twenty-four male Sprague-Dawley rats were randomly divided into three groups: control group, model group, and litchi juice group. The rats were anaesthetized by indefinite empty bottle. (Control group, model group) and litchi juice (litchi juice group). After 14 days, the behavior of rats was tested by open-field test. The levels of plasma triglyceride (TG), total cholesterol (TC), low density lipoprotein (LDL-C) and high-density lipoprotein cholesterol (HDL-C) levels were calculated and the levels of non-HDL-C, TG / HDL-C and LDL-C / HDL- ratio. Results: The body mass and food utilization rate of the control group were significantly higher than those of the other groups (p <0.01). There was no significant difference in the total distance of movement and the upright number between the two groups (p> 0.05) (P <0.05). The number of modification in model group was significantly higher than that in litchi juice group (p <0.05). The plasma TC in model group was significantly higher than that in control group (p <0.05) ), Non-HDL-C was significantly higher than that of the control group and the litchi juice group (p <0.05), LDL-C was significantly higher than the control group (p <0.01); TG / HDL-C of the model group was significantly lower than the control HDL-C in litchi juice group was significantly higher than that in control group and model group (p <0.05). In plasma LDL-C / HDL-C group, the level of HDL-C in model group was significantly higher than that in control group and Litchi juice group (p <0.01). Conclusion: Litchi juice can reduce the level of anxiety and improve blood lipid metabolism.
