本文以邓小平同志“计划经济不等于社会主义”的论断为理论支点，结合马克思、恩格斯的有关论述，论证了国有制并不是社会主义唯一的、甚至不是典型的所有制形式，而只有恩格斯提出的能够充分体现劳动者“个人所有权”的所有制形式才是社会主义的基本所有制形式。
This article takes Comrade Deng Xiaoping’s argument that “the planned economy is not equal to socialism” as the theoretical fulcrum. Combining Marx’s and Engels’s expositions, this article argues that the state-owned system is not the only or even the typical form of ownership of socialism. Only Engels can It is the basic form of ownership of socialism that fully reflects the ownership form of “individual ownership” of laborers.
