[目的]对马尾藻中褐藻多酚进行研究。[方法]采用试验的方法,对广西北海涠洲岛马尾藻中多酚的提取、分离提纯、定性、定量分析以及抗菌的活性检验进行研究,考察不同的乙醇浓度、体积数及提取时间对褐藻多酚提取量的影响。[结果]40 ml 65%乙醇提取2 h对褐藻多酚的提取有显著影响,测得马尾藻中褐藻多酚的含量为7.777 mg/g;当纸片法的褐藻多酚浓度为140.055μg/张时,对沙门氏杆菌抑菌效果明显,大肠杆菌次之,但对枯草芽孢杆菌抑菌效果不明显,对金黄色葡萄球菌不敏感。[结论]乙醇的浓度、体积数和提取时间都会影响马尾藻多酚的提取。
[Objective] The study aimed to study the brown algae polyphenols in Sargassum. [Method] With the method of experiment, the extraction, separation, purification, qualitative and quantitative analysis of polyphenols from Sargassum fuscus of Weizhou Island, Beihai, Guangxi Province were carried out. The effects of different ethanol concentration, volume and extraction time on the growth of brown algae Effect of polyphenol extraction. [Result] The extraction of polyphenols from the brown algae was significantly affected by the extraction of 40 ml 65% ethanol for 2 h. The content of polyphenols in the Sargassum was 7.777 mg / g. When the concentration of brown algae polyphenols was 140.055 μg / Zhang, the antibacterial effect of Salmonella obvious, followed by Escherichia coli, Bacillus subtilis bacteriostatic effect is not obvious, not sensitive to Staphylococcus aureus. [Conclusion] The ethanol concentration, volume and extraction time all affected the extraction of polyphenols from Sargassum.
