研究了固溶温度对电子束熔丝成形TC17钛合金组织及力学性能的影响。结果表明:电子束熔丝成形TC17钛合金为柱状晶组织,柱状晶沿堆积高度方向生长,在柱状晶内部为细小的(α+β)板条构成的网篮状组织。随固溶温度升高,(α+β)→β转变更加充分,初生α相含量减少,初生α相含量和形态对材料的塑性有较大影响,因此塑性降低,强度上升。
The effect of solution temperature on the microstructure and mechanical properties of TC17 titanium alloy formed by electron beam fuse was studied. The results show that the electron beam fuse forming TC17 titanium alloy is a columnar crystal structure. The columnar crystal grows along the stacking height direction and is a net basket structure composed of small (α + β) slats inside the columnar crystal. With the increase of solution temperature, the transformation of (α + β) → β is more sufficient, the content of primary α phase decreases, and the content and morphology of primary α phase greatly influence the plasticity of the material. As a result, the plasticity decreases and the strength increases.
