由吉林省农科院土肥所研制的铁沼气罐及干发酵工艺于去年十月通过省级鉴定。与会专家认为,铁沼气罐容积小,用水量少、进出料方便安全、节省劳力。由于长期处于中温状态,利于杀死粪便原料中的虫卵病菌。铁沼气罐采用干发酵,因此发酵后的沼渣作为肥料,便于保存、运输和施用。在我省西部(白城地区)干旱、太阳能资源丰富、缺砂石地区,适宜推广铁沼气罐及发酵工艺。建议我国内蒙古及西北干旱地区试用本装置及发酵工艺。一、铁沼气罐的制作铁沼气罐用2.0—3.0毫米的铁板焊接而成,铁罐为圆柱形,卧置,容积为2立方米(圆柱直径为1.14米,长2米),在罐体中部设有砝兰盘的长方形口(长为厘60米,宽为45厘米),作为进出料口,该口
