针对油田AICD智能控水管柱工艺无法进行措施作业的问题,设计了一种配套的化学药剂注入工具,实现酸化等增产措施功能。该药剂注入工具能在规定时间内锁定,实现座封井下工具的功能,并且保证只能从油管内部向地层单向注入,同时也能满足油井分层需串联使用时同步开启或关闭的要求。按照油田安全生产的要求,进行溶解块的溶蚀实验、工具的抗拉耐压性能试验及特制注入功能试验,结果表明设计的注入工具能符合油田智能控水管柱工艺要求的酸化等措施要求,有利于油井的增产稳产,增加油田效益。
