对混凝土框架结构的局部刚度缺损反问题进行了动力学方法研究，在采用有限元最小二乘法的基础上，提出并利用了非线性最小化过程的交错迭代法。通过算例分析表明：本文方法应用方便，精度高．收敛迅速。
The dynamic method was studied for the inverse problem of the local stiffness defect of concrete frame structures. Based on the finite element least squares method, the staggered iteration method of the nonlinear minimization process was proposed and used. The analysis of examples shows that this method is convenient and accurate. Convergence is rapid.
