目的探索职业探索与翻译硕士职业使命感之间的关系以及未来工作自我在二者关系中的中介作用。方法采用职业探索问卷、未来工作自我问卷和职业使命感问卷,对206名翻译硕士进行了调查。结果翻译硕士职业探索对其未来工作自我和职业使命感均有显著正向影响,未来工作自我对职业使命感有显著正向影响,未来工作自我部分中介职业探索和职业使命感。结论翻译硕士职业探索既可以直接影响其职业使命感,也可以通过未来工作自我的中介作用间接影响其职业使命感。
Objective To explore the relationship between career exploration and the professional mission of translation master and the intermediary role of future work self in the relationship between the two. Methods A total of 206 master’s translators were investigated using the Career Exploration Questionnaire, Future Self-Job Questionnaire, and Professional Mission Questionnaire. Results The career exploration of translation master has a significant positive impact on his future work self-occupation and professional sense of mission. Future self-work will have a significant positive impact on career sense and career self-employment in part-time career exploration and career mission. Conclusion The career exploration of Master of Translation can not only directly affect the sense of professional mission, but also indirectly influence the professional mission through the intermediary role of future work self.
