为探明温水去雄处理对甘蔗杂交后代杂种真实性的影响效应,本研究在进行甘蔗有性杂交前利用50℃温水对甘蔗母本粤糖91-976及桂糖92-66的花穗浸泡5 min后,将其分别与父本粤糖93-159及粤糖91-976的花穗进行杂交,利用SSR分子标记对其杂交后代的杂种真实性进行鉴定。结果表明,温水去雄可有效减少甘蔗杂交制种过程中的自交过程,提高杂种率。
In order to find out the effect of removing male from warm water on the authenticity of hybrids of sugarcane crosses, we studied the effects of warm water and male gametophyte on the authenticity of hybrids of sugarcane hybrids. Soaking the spikes of sugarcane female parent Yugu 91-976 and Guitang 92-66 with warm water at 50 ℃ before the sexual hybridization of sugarcane, After 5 min, the hybrids were crossed with the flower buds of male parent Yue Tang 93-159 and Yue Tang 91-976 respectively, and the hybrid authenticity of the hybrid progenies was identified by SSR markers. The results showed that warm water to eliminate male can effectively reduce the hybridization of sugarcane during the selfing process and increase the rate of hybrids.
