弹体材料与氧化剂长期接触,其表面生成一种称为沉积盐的物质,容易堵塞导弹氧化剂系统的管路并影响取液器灵活转动,这种沉积盐难溶于水,酸和碱对它的溶解效果也很差,且酸碱对弹体材料又有较强的腐蚀。本文详细分析了沉积盐的形成过程,根据配合反应理论,合理地选用配合剂,达到了用配合反应的方式来溶解沉积盐的目的。本研究方法既保证了对导弹的清洗效果,又降低了对材料的腐蚀,是一种完全不同于传统清洗的新方法。
Long-term contact of the projectile material with the oxidizer creates a substance called sediment salt on its surface which tends to clog the conduit of the missile oxidant system and affect the flexible rotation of the liquid withdrawer, which is poorly soluble in water, acid and alkali against it The dissolution effect is also poor, and acid-base elastomer material has strong corrosion. In this paper, the formation process of sedimentary salt is analyzed in detail. According to the coordination reaction theory and the rational selection of the complexing agent, the purpose of dissolving the sedimentary salt is achieved through the cooperative reaction. The method of this study not only ensures the cleaning effect of missiles but also reduces the corrosion of materials, which is a completely different method from the traditional cleaning.
