本文应用脉冲式多普勒超声脑血流仪,对60例TIA发作病人和20例正常人进行检查。两组前脑循环平均血流量、平均血流速度及血流阻抗有显著差异,P值均<0.001。颈动脉血管容积弹性模数无差异。病人患侧与健侧前脑循环平均血流量、血流速度及血流阻抗有明显差异。60例TIA病人脑CT扫描阳性率仅20％,而多普勒超声脑血流仪检查均有阳性改变。观察平均血流量与红血球压积及纤维蛋白元值为负相关性。
In this paper, pulsed Doppler ultrasound cerebral blood flow meter, 60 cases of TIA attack patients and 20 normal subjects were examined. The average forebrain circulation blood flow, average blood flow velocity and blood flow impedance were significantly different between the two groups, P <0.001. Carotid artery volume elastic modulus no difference. Patients with contralateral ipsilateral forebrain circulation average blood flow, blood flow velocity and blood flow impedance were significantly different. 60 cases of TIA patients with positive brain CT scan rate of only 20%, while Doppler ultrasound cerebral blood flow test were positive changes. The mean blood flow was negatively correlated with hematocrit and fibrin level.
