试论战后上海小商业者的生存状态(1946—1949)——以茶馆店主为例

抗战胜利至解放前是一个非常时期,内战爆发、经济凋敝、通货膨胀。对上海茶馆业来说,面临着一个十分严峻的生存环境。茶馆店主在政府盘剥、物价飞涨中遇到了种种困难,如燃料短缺、茶价调整问题、较高的税收等。在生存压力下,茶馆店主有着独特的生存方式:依托茶会、聚赌抽头、私印茶券、逃税等。即使如此,茶馆店主也只能维持生计。生存艰难、收入微薄是对这一时期茶馆店主生存状态的恰当形容。茶馆业及茶馆店主的生存状况也是当时小商业及小商业者的一个缩影。 Before the liberation, the victory of the war of resistance against Japan was an extraordinary period. The civil war broke out, the economy was sluggish and inflation was felt. For the Shanghai teahouse industry, it is facing a very harsh living environment. Tea-shop owners face difficulties in exploiting the government and skyrocketing prices, such as fuel shortages, tea price adjustment and higher taxes. Under the pressure of survival, tea shop owners have a unique way of life: relying on tea, gambling taps, private printed tea coupons, tax evasion. Even so, tea shop owners can only survive. Survival difficult, meager income is the proper description of the existence of tea shop owners during this period. The living conditions of tea shop owners and tea shop owners are also epitomes for small businesses and small business owners.
