鲁菜豆1号、鲁菜豆2号是青岛市农业科学研究所从国内外征集的118份蔓生菜豆品种资源中,经多年鉴定筛选、分离选种而育成的优质高产大荚型菜豆(芸豆)新品种。1995～1996年经全省6个试点春秋两季的区试和生产试验,鲁菜豆l号春季平均亩产2287.2kg,比对照芸丰平均增产32.9%;鲁菜豆2号秋季平均亩产1568.1kg,比对照芸丰平均增产44.61%。这两个品种已在本省推广种植6.5万余亩。1997年经山东省农作物品种审定委员会审定定名,1998年获青岛市星火科技成果二等奖。
