目前,我国食用菌的生产形式总体上还是处于分散的个体菇农生产为主,因此每个生产者都要进行菌种扩大、蒸汽灭菌,菌体培养和出菇管理等一系列工作,这就要求生产者要具有较全面的生产经验,否则在生产中常会出现这样或那样的问题,甚至失败造成财力和资源的浪费。菌包的出现使得食用菌生产变得更简单、更安全。“菌包”指的是直接用于出售的,已发好菌的食用菌栽培袋,菇农购买后只要进行出菇管理就可以了,技术单一,易学,深受广大群众欢迎。目前菌包的生产是采用常规的逐级扩大固体培养的方式,周期长,占地多,规模小,菌龄不一,所以,很难形成产业化,而利用中、小型深层发酵设备生产“菌包”可以克服上述缺点,对促进食用菌的产业化发展,有一定的研究和推广价值。
