目的 总结丘脑-基底节区生殖细胞瘤的临床特点和放射治疗效果.方法 回顾分析13例患者的临床资料,所有患者均立体定向活检明确病理诊断,单纯伽玛刀和普通外放疗各2例,9例采取间质内放疗为主的综合治疗.结果 13例均为男性,年龄平均16.1岁,对侧肢体运动或共济障碍为主要症状,部分伴有性早熟.影像学检查肿瘤囊变占76.9%,瘤内钙化占30.8%;同侧半球皮层、脑干萎缩占46.2%;肿瘤顺着胼胝体、内囊神
