目的研究防风中升麻素、升麻苷和5-O-甲基维斯阿米醇苷三种主要色原酮单体化合物的药理活性差异,为建立一种更为科学的防风药材质量评价方法提供理论依据。方法以对2,4-二硝基苯酚致热大鼠体温的抑制率考察药物解热作用,以对热板致痛小鼠痛阈值的变化考察药物的镇痛作用,以对二甲苯致小鼠耳廓炎症肿胀抑制程度考察药物的抗炎作用,以此三项指标研究升麻素、升麻苷和5-O-甲基维斯阿米醇苷单体静脉给药后的药理活性差异。结果灌胃给药色原酮单体化合物后,升麻素组各浓度均表现出较强的解热、镇痛、抗炎作用,且作用迅速。升麻苷表现出一定药理活性,但作用迟缓,1h后药理作用逐渐增强,作用效果不及升麻素。5-O-甲基维斯阿米醇苷无明显药理作用。结论升麻素、升麻苷和5-O-甲基维斯阿米醇苷药理活性存在较大差异,药典以升麻苷和5-O-甲基维斯阿米醇苷作为防风质量评价指标具有一定局限性。

Results After intragastric administration of chromone monomer compounds, the concentration of each group showed strong antipyretic, analgesic, anti-inflammatory effects, and the role of rapid. Clonidine showed a certain pharmacological activity, but the effect is slow, after 1h pharmacological effects gradually increased, the effect less effective than clumpium. 5-O-methyl-Vaisalain no obvious pharmacological effects. Conclusion There is a big difference in the pharmacological activities of cimicifuga, aconitine and 5-O-methyl-vinvivinol. The pharmacopoeias used aspartic acid and 5-O- Indicators have some limitations.
