目的:制备大黄素脂质纳米微泡,并对其理化性能进行初步研究。方法:以卵磷脂和PVP为载体材料,采用静电纺丝技术制备纳米纤维膜,填充全氟丙烷,通过自组装技术形成脂质纳米微泡,并对其粒径、分布、形态、表面电位等性能进行研究。结果:所制备的脂质纳米微泡为圆形,粒度分布均匀,平均粒径235.9 nm,电位-31.6mV,多分散指数PDI=0.331。结论:整合运用高压静电纺丝技术和自组装技术制备大黄素脂质纳米微泡是可行的,该方法简单可靠,有开发的前景。
OBJECTIVE: To prepare emodin lipid nanofibers and to study its physicochemical properties. Methods: Using lecithin and PVP as the carrier material, nanofiber membranes were prepared by electrospinning technique and filled with perfluoropropane. Lipid nanometer microbubbles were formed by self-assembly technique, and their size, distribution, morphology, surface potential and so on Performance research. Results: The prepared lipid nanofibers were round with uniform particle size distribution. The mean diameter was 235.9 nm, the potential was -31.6 mV and the polydispersity index was 0.331. Conclusion: It is feasible to synthesize emodin lipid nanofibers by high-pressure electrospinning and self-assembly technology. The method is simple and reliable, and has the prospect of development.
