干酪性上颌窦炎在临床上属少见病，可因鼻塞、血性涕或窦壁骨质破坏吸收而被误诊为上颌窦恶性肿瘤。我科自１９８５～１９９７年共收治干酪性上颌窦炎４６例，误诊为上颌窦癌７例，误诊率为１５．２％，为提高对本病的认识，现简要分析如下。１临床资料本组４６例中，男３７例?
