China’s total meat production has reached 5514.1 Mt, accounting for about one quarter of the world’s total meat production, and it is the world’s largest meat-food country. China’s per capita consumption of meat is 44kg. With the increase in meat consumption, there is a corresponding increase in meat and bone. The consumer market is not good for general bones except for ribs, coupled with low bone prices and inconvenient storage, and therefore often discarded, resulting in great waste and pollution. Therefore, the processing and development of bones has become a meat processing company. Problems to be solved. Fresh animal bone contains many nutrients that are essential for human life. Among them, calcium, phosphorus, iron, zinc, copper and B vitamins are relatively complete and abundant, such as collagen calcium, polysaccharides, and various amino acids.
