目的观察颅内压增高时岩下窦(inferior petrosal sinus,IPS)的多层螺旋CT(multi-slice spiral CT,MSCT)影像学改变。方法临床收集8例颅内压增高患者和120例正常人IPS的CT资料,通过连续断面观察及多种后处理技术,对IPS分段测量后对比两组IPS的影像学变化。结果颅内压增高组:IPS起始部宽度为(9.56±2.31)mm,深度为(2.39±0.55)mm;垂直段直径为(1.76±0.60)mm;出颅处直径为(2.28±0.44)mm;汇入颈内静脉(internal jugular vein,IJV)处的直径为(2.46±0.59)mm。与正常组比较显示:IPS起始部的宽度、出颅处直径大于正常组,IPS起始部的深度、垂直段直径、汇入IJV处的直径均小于正常组。结论IPS在颅内压增高时存在一定程度的影像学改变,MSCT是评价IPS影像学变化的准确影像学检查技术。
Objective To observe the imaging changes of multi-slice spiral CT (MSCT) of inferior petrosal sinus (IPS) with increased intracranial pressure. Methods CT data of 8 patients with elevated ICP and 120 normal controls were collected. The CT images of the two groups were compared after the IPS was measured by serial sections and various post-processing techniques. Results The increase of intracranial pressure showed that the width of the initial portion of IPS was (9.56 ± 2.31) mm and the depth was (2.39 ± 0.55) mm, the diameter of the vertical segment was (1.76 ± 0.60) mm and the diameter of the exit was (2.28 ± 0.44) mm; the diameter of the internal jugular vein (IJV) was (2.46 ± 0.59) mm. Compared with the normal group, the width of the beginning part of the IPS and the diameter of the cranial part of the IPS group were larger than that of the normal group. The diameter of the IPS section, the diameter of the vertical section and the diameter of the IJV section were smaller than those of the normal group. Conclusion There is a certain degree of imaging change of IPS when intracranial pressure is increased. MSCT is an accurate imaging examination technique to evaluate the changes of IPS imaging.
