姚本强,济南军区某集团军司训大队教练班长。他1993年12月入伍,1996年开始担任教练班长至今,在努力做好本职工作的同时,坚持学习汽车理论知识,结合教学训练,写下了70多万字的学习体会。在连队的支持下,只有小学文化程度的他,凭着一股不服输的钻劲,研制出了“汽车辅助制动器”,现正上报军区申请发明奖。其自学成才的事迹被济南军区《前卫报》 Yao Benqiang, Jinan Military Region, a group of military training brigade squad leader.
