近30年来,职业倦怠受到心理学和管理学界的关注,已经成为研究的热点问题,从实践角度分析,这主要是由于社会变迁给人们带来了巨大的心理压力,倦怠日益成为人们不得不面对的问题。然而我们也必须看到,对职业倦怠的研究仍需进一步加强。在对职业倦怠影响因素的分析中,相当一部分研究偏重于其结果变量,而本研究从组织视角研究职业倦怠的前因变量,深化对职业倦怠的研究。一、职业倦怠概念界定
