目的:建立测定益心舒分散片中人参皂苷Rg1,Re,Rb1,Rd和黄芪甲苷的方法。方法:采用HPLC-ELSD法,Shim-pack ODS色谱柱,流动相乙腈-水,流速1.0 m L·min-1。结果:根据回归方程,人参皂苷Rg1,Re,Rb1,Rd和黄芪甲苷分别在0.685~3.428μg(r=0.999 5),1.819~9.094μg(r=0.999 0),3.717~18.586μg(r=1),1.042~5.212μg(r=0.999 5),0.388~1.940μg(r=0.999 8)呈良好的线性关系,平均回收率分别为100.05%(RSD 1.6%),96.21%(RSD 1.1%),96.20%(RSD 1.1%),100.52%(RSD 2.5%),99.26%(RSD 1.6%)。结论:该方法同时测定多种成分,操作简便,准确,重复性好,可用于益心舒分散片的质量控制。
Objective: To establish a method for the determination of ginsenoside Rg1, Re, Rb1, Rd and astragaloside in Yixinshulian dispersible tablets. Methods: The HPLC-ELSD method was used on a Shim-pack ODS column with a mobile phase of acetonitrile-water at a flow rate of 1.0 mL · min-1. Results: According to the regression equations, the concentrations of ginsenosides Rg1, Re, Rb1, Rd and astragaloside were respectively 0.685 ~ 3.428μg (r = 0.999 5), 1.819-9.094μg (r = 0.999 0), 3.717 ~ 18.586μg The average recoveries were 100.05% (RSD 1.6%), 96.21% (RSD 1.1%), and the average recoveries were 1.042-5.212μg (r = 0.999 5) and 0.388-1.940μg (r = , 96.20% (RSD 1.1%), 100.52% (RSD 2.5%), 99.26% (RSD 1.6%). Conclusion: The method of simultaneous determination of a variety of components, easy to operate, accurate, reproducible, and can be used for the quality control Yixin Shu dispersible tablets.
