用直流离子束共溅射技术溅射Co-Ag复合靶,制备了一系列Co含量不同的颗粒膜,薄膜厚度约为400nm,含Co的体积比从0.03到0.84。在室温下,测量了Co-Ag颗粒膜的极克尔角θk的磁光谱,测量的波长范围从400mm到850mm。当外磁场大小为1.0T并且方向垂直于膜面时,得到的最大克尔角为0.28°,结果显示在颗粒膜极克尔旋转中,钴颗粒的浓试和微结构起重要作用。
A series of Co-Ag composite targets were sputtered by direct current ion beam co-sputtering technique to prepare a series of granular films with different Co contents. The film thickness was about 400 nm and the volume fraction of Co-containing particles was from 0.03 to 0.84. The magnetic spectra of the Kerr angle θk of the Co-Ag granular film were measured at room temperature and the wavelength range was measured from 400 mm to 850 mm. When the external magnetic field is 1.0T and the direction is perpendicular to the film surface, the maximum Kerr angle is 0.28 °. The results show that the concentration and microstructure of cobalt particles play an important role in the polar Kerr rotation .
