基于我国高校继续教育的实际情况,借鉴英国等发达国家经验,从要素层级和构成模式两个维度构建了学历继续教育课程学分体系,并在此基础上对课程学分认定的规则,具体包括课程学分认定总体需遵循的原则、学历继续教育课程之间学分认定规则以及非学历学习成果认定为学历继续教育课程学分的规则,提出了系统、可操作的建议。对于学历继续教育学分认定转换规则的思考可为实现高等教育学习成果的互认和衔接提供有效参考。
Based on the actual situation of college continuing education in our country and using the experience of developed countries such as Britain for reference, this paper constructs the credit system of continuing education for academic degree from the two dimensions of elemental level and constitutional pattern, and on the basis of which, The overall principle to be followed, the rules of credit recognition between continuing education courses of academic qualifications, and the rules of non-academic achievement as the credits of continuing education courses, put forward systematic and operable suggestions. The thinking of conversion rules of credits recognition for continuing education of academic qualifications can provide an effective reference for the mutual recognition and connection of learning outcomes of higher education.
