产品的能耗分析对于化工系统生产工艺的可持续性评价具有重要意义。对系统中各物流能耗的合理评价是准确分析和合理评价产品能耗的关键。从系统中废物流能耗的合理分配和评价出发,通过区分过程能耗类型及其对应能耗分配系数,研究了物流能耗的合理分配和评价方法。基于质量流分析和流分析方法,提出了设备级质量流(MFA)-流(EFA)分析的产品能耗评价方法。通过炼厂蜡油加氢装置5种产品的能耗分析,从装置或过程尺度、产品能耗强度和产品CO2排放强度3个方面阐明了所提出产品能耗分析和评价方法的合理性。
The analysis of energy consumption of products is of great significance for the evaluation of the sustainability of chemical system production processes. The reasonable evaluation of the logistics energy consumption in the system is the key to accurately analyze and reasonably evaluate the energy consumption of the products. Based on the reasonable allocation and evaluation of waste energy consumption in the system, the paper analyzes the reasonable allocation and evaluation methods of energy consumption of logistics by distinguishing the process energy consumption types and corresponding energy consumption distribution coefficients. Based on the mass flow analysis and the flow analysis method, the energy consumption evaluation method of equipment-level mass flow (MFA) -flow (EFA) analysis is proposed. Through analyzing the energy consumption of five products of refinery waxy hydrogenation unit, the rationality of the proposed method for energy consumption analysis and evaluation is clarified from three aspects: device or process scale, product energy consumption intensity and product CO2 emission intensity.
