对依维柯汽车齿轮用钢 2 1NiCrMo5的预备热处理和渗碳热处理工艺进行了试验研究。通过比较完全退火、正火、等温退火和正火加高温回火等工艺 ,最后选择了等温退火作为预备热处理 ,并因此获得理想的硬度、金相组织和良好的切削性能。渗碳时将表面碳浓度控制在 0 75%左右 ,渗碳直接淬火后获得的硬度、渗层组织均达到了引进产品的技术要求。
The preliminary heat treatment and carburizing heat treatment of 2 1NiCrMo5 steel for Iveco automotive gears were carried out. By comparing the processes of complete annealing, normalizing, isothermal annealing and normalizing plus high temperature tempering, the isothermal annealing was selected as the preliminary heat treatment and the ideal hardness, microstructure and good cutting performance were obtained. When carburizing, the surface carbon concentration is controlled at about 075%. The hardness obtained after direct carburization is hardened, and the infiltrated tissue meets the technical requirements for introducing the product.
