黄石有着悠久的矿冶文化史,矿冶文化资源丰富,黄石市的企业在寻求发展的过程中,充分挖掘和利用矿冶文化资源对加强企业文化建设尤为重要。文章从企业文化资源开发的角度,结合黄石矿冶文化特点和内涵,探讨了矿冶文化资源对企业文化资源开发的影响,提出了企业利用矿冶文化进行资源开发的模式和途径,为黄石市企业进行文化资源开发提供借鉴。
