在自行设计的有机玻璃补气料仓系统上对粒煤的下料稳定性进行实验研究。结果表明:补气位置、补气量、料仓结构和物料特性对粒煤在补气料仓中的下料稳定性有显著影响。补气位置不当或补气量较大会使粒煤下料过程中出现煤层顶部鼓泡、气压平衡拱及下料口附近粒煤节涌等现象,致使粒煤下料稳定性降低。粒煤在补气料仓中的下料稳定性随着料仓出口直径的增大而减弱。粒煤的平均粒径越大,下料稳定性越强。在0~8%的外水分范围内,外水分含量越高,粒煤下料稳定性越强。
In the self-designed plexiglass gas storage bunker system on the stability of the coal feedstock experiment. The results show that the location of qi, the amount of qi, the structure of silos and the characteristics of materials have a significant effect on the feeding stability of granulated coal in the refueling bunker. Improper qi or improper qi will make the top of coal seam bubbling, pressure balance arches and coal seam undergrowth in the coal feeding process, resulting in the lower stability of the coal feeding. The stability of the feeding of coal in the refueling bunker decreases with the increase of the outlet diameter of the bunker. The larger the average particle size of coal, the more stable the feeding. Within the range of 0 ~ 8% of the external moisture, the higher the external moisture content, the stronger the stability of the coal feeding.
