河东乌麦526(2n= 42)属冬性黑小麦品种,颖壳白,籽粒黑色,硬质。现代营养分析表明:乌麦526 较普通小麦含更丰富的蛋白质、氨基酸、脂肪及多种维生素和矿质元素等营养成分。经在运城、永济、稷山、临猗等地试种,表现出农艺性状稳定,产量高(平均 5 032.5kg/hm 2),与普通小麦示范品种差异不大,抗病性较好等特点
Hedong Wu Mai 526 (2n = 42) is a winter wheat variety, glume white, black grains, hard.
