中药砒霜 (三氧化二砷 ,Ａｓ2 Ｏ3 )及砷制剂对肿瘤的治疗是近年来的研究热点 ,特别是对白血病的治疗为人们所关注。目前 ,对一些实体癌细胞均有体外实验证明砷对它们的生长抑制作用。我们在对人宫颈癌ＨｅＬａ细胞、人结肠癌ＬｏＶｏ细胞的体外实验也同样显示了砒霜的诱导凋亡
