目的探讨舒胸滴丸中羟基红花黄色素A和阿魏酸体外溶出度。方法用HPLC法测定了舒胸滴丸在纯水中羟基红花黄色素A、阿魏酸的溶出度,分别用单指数模型、对数正态分布模型、多项式分布模型、威布尔分布函数和Higuich方程进行溶出动力学模拟,并采用相似因子(f2)法统计分析释放曲线。结果舒胸滴丸溶出过程以多项式分布模型拟合最佳。羟基红花黄色素A与阿魏酸释放度的f2值为99.95。结论舒胸滴丸中羟基红花黄色素A和阿魏酸在体外溶出动力学符合多项式分布模型,能够从滴丸中同步释放。
Objective To investigate the in vitro dissolution of hydroxysafflor yellow A and ferulic acid in Shuxiong Dripping Pills. Methods The dissolution rate of hydroxysafflor yellow A and ferulic acid in pure water was determined by HPLC. The single index model, lognormal distribution model, polynomial distribution model and Weibull distribution function were used respectively. The Higuich equation was used to simulate the dissolution kinetics and the release curve was statistically analyzed using the similarity factor (f2) method. Results The dissolution process of Shuxiong Dripping Pills was best fitted by a polynomial distribution model. The f2 value of hydroxysafflor yellow A and ferulic acid release was 99.95. Conclusion The dissolution kinetics of hydroxysafflor yellow A and ferulic acid in Shuxiong Dripping Pills was consistent with the polynomial distribution model and could be released synchronously from the dripping pills.
