长期以来,我县山区教师队伍存在着“一缺、二低、三不稳”的问题。一缺,即正式教师缺额多。我县九个山区乡中小学校共有代课教师148人,占该地区教师总数的33.8%,个别乡小学代课教师占教师总数近一半。二低,即山区教师文化业务素质低,九个山区乡小学教师学历合格率比全县小学教师平均合格率低26.9%,初中教师学历合格率比全县初中教师平均合格率低16.
For a long time, my county mountain teachers exist “one short, two low, three unstable” problem. One shortfall is the shortage of regular teachers. There are altogether 148 substitute teachers in nine mountain township primary and secondary schools in our county, accounting for 33.8% of the total number of teachers in the region. Individual township elementary school substitute teachers account for nearly half of the total number of teachers. Second, that is, the quality of teacher education in mountainous areas is low. The qualified rate of primary school teachers in nine mountain townships is 26.9% lower than the average rate of primary school teachers in the county. The qualified rate of junior high school teachers is lower than the average passing rate of junior high school teachers in the county.
