目的:探讨模拟临床情景与PBL相结合的教学方法在“输液故障及排除方法”实训教学中的应用效果。方法:将学校2013级三年制护理大专100学生名作为研究对象,采用模拟临床情景与PBL相结合的教学方法。模拟临床工作环境,教师示教,实物演示,角色扮演,学生总结,分组练习,教师巡回指导及总结,检测实训教学效果。结果:学生对输液故障及排除方法有了直观的认识,基本上能够全面掌握输液故障及排除方法,体验了护士角色,增强了职业的责任感,加深了对理论知识的理解。结论:在输液故障及排除方法实训教学中采用模拟临床情景与PBL相结合的教学方法将理论知识演化为直观内容,有利于培养学生的学习兴趣、实践操作能力、临床应变能力和沟通能力,加深理论理解能力,提高了教学质量,迅速缩短与临床的距离,同时培养了教师的创新精神。
Objective: To explore the application effect of the teaching method of simulating the combination of clinical situation and PBL in the teaching of “transfusion failure and elimination method”. Methods: Taking the 100-year-old nursing college 100-year-old college 2013 as the research object, the teaching method of combining the clinical situation and PBL was used. Simulate the clinical work environment, teacher teaching, physical demonstration, role play, student summary, group practice, teacher tour guide and summary, testing training teaching effect. Results: The students had an intuitive understanding of the transfusion failure and the method of exclusion. Basically, they could fully grasp the transfusion problems and solutions, experienced the role of nurses, enhanced their professional sense of responsibility and deepened their understanding of theoretical knowledge. CONCLUSION: The teaching methods of simulating clinical scenarios and PBL are used to evolve the theoretical knowledge into intuitive content in the teaching of transfusion failure and exclusion method, which is conducive to cultivating students’ learning interest, practical ability, clinical adaptability and communication skills, Deepen the ability of theoretical understanding, improve the quality of teaching, shorten the distance with the clinic, and cultivate the teachers’ innovative spirit.
