4040S数控模具雕铣机是一款经济实用的高精密数控雕铣设备,外观大方,结构稳定,易操作,通用性强。本文从机械设计的角度对床身结构进行改进设计;对机床的重心以及Y轴电机进行了详细的力学计算和校核;应用UG软件建模设计完成后,又利用ANSA等分析软件对底座部件结构进行力学分析,最后利用POWERMILL软件直接生成数控程序进行加工。
