采用有限元分析方法研究了内压作用下45°锻制嵌入式支管座接管结构的应力情况,得到了该结构的应力分布规律及失效位置。同时,开展了相应结构的爆破试验,通过试验数据对比验证了45°锻制嵌入式支管座的优越性。
The stress of 45 ° forged embedded manifold seat under internal pressure was studied by finite element analysis. The stress distribution and failure position of the structure were obtained. At the same time, the blasting test of the corresponding structure was carried out, and the superiority of the 45 ° forged embedded manifold seat was verified by comparing the test data.
