通过对贵阳供电局管辖范围内历史灾情的分布及特点、物资使用情况、物资储备现状及存在的问题等进行分析,建立主要灾情模型库,利用灾情损害分析、物资需求估算、应急物资调配、应急空间配置及应急供应分析等工具,为将来可能发生的电力应急事件提供物资储备的决策指导方案和依据,解决贵阳供电局电力应急物资储备不足或重复储备的问题,以提高应急物资保障的能力。
Through the analysis of the distribution and characteristics of historical disaster conditions within the jurisdiction of Guiyang Power Supply Bureau, the use of materials, the status of material reserves and existing problems, etc., a major disaster model library was established to use damage analysis, material demand estimation, emergency material deployment, and emergency response. Space allocation and emergency supply analysis tools provide guidance and basis for decision-making on material reserves for future power emergency incidents, and solve the problem of shortage or duplicate reserve of power emergency supplies in Guiyang Power Supply Bureau to improve the ability of emergency material protection.
