目的:探讨下颌磨牙低位近中、水平阻生的矫治方法和效果。方法:采用直丝弓矫治器,在阻生磨牙近中相邻磨牙带环上焊接悬吊竖直簧,对14例下颌第三磨牙,6例下颌第二磨牙共30个阻生磨牙(其中水平阻生12个、近中阻生18个)进行牵引竖直。结果:阻生磨牙均被快速竖直,排齐整平后纳入治疗系统。竖直磨牙时间1~5个月,平均3个月。X线片显示阻生磨牙周围牙槽骨生长、恢复良好。结论:悬吊竖直法能高效、快速、简便地竖直低位阻生磨牙,并具有同期矫治(不延长矫治期),有效增强支抗和竖直支抗磨牙的优点。
Objective: To explore the method and effect of orthodontic treatment of mandibular molars at lower and middle levels. Methods: Straight wire appliance was used to weld vertical suspension springs on the proximal and proximal molar bands of impacted molars. A total of 30 impacted molars were obtained from 14 cases of mandibular third molars and 6 cases of mandibular second molars The level of 12 impacted, nearly 18 impacted) for traction vertical. Results: Impacted molars were rapidly and vertically aligned and integrated into the treatment system. Vertical molar time of 1 to 5 months, an average of 3 months. X-ray films showed alveolar bone growth around impacted molars and recovered well. Conclusion: The vertical suspension method can efficiently, rapidly and simply vertically lower impacted molars and has the advantages of simultaneous treatment (without prolonged correction period) and effective reinforcement of the support and vertical support molars.
