为研究学生这一群体的跨栏周期速度变化特征,找到影响学生110m栏成绩的关键环节,为提高学生运动技术水平和教师授课改进教学提供一定的参考依据,运用文献资料法、测试法、数理统计法,结合摄像解析法对体育教育专业学生110m栏全程栏周期速度变化特征进行分析。研究表明:目前体育教育专业学生身材的高矮、胖瘦不能成为影响110m栏成绩好坏的因素;大部分体育教育专业学生全程栏周期速度曲线变化波动较少,平稳性较好,有着良好的起跑和冲刺能力,但优异的成绩关键在于后半程平稳速度的保持,那就强调学生的体能耐力需跟得上;学生攻栏意识和空间感觉较差,出现“近起跨、远下栏”的过栏技术现状,造成过栏腾空时间长,速度缓慢;第4、6个栏周期、过栏速度与成绩存在显著性相关。
