我校的普高班学生近年成绩中等偏下者居多,造成成绩不理想固然有多种因素,但其中非智力因素的影响不可低估。美国心理学家布鲁姆通过长期实验观察和追踪调查得出的结论是:“除了百分之一、二的超常儿童和百分之二、三的低能儿童外,百分之九十五以上的孩子智力是差不多的。”一些学生成绩偏下,主要是对学习缺少兴趣,注意分散,学习缺乏自觉性,学习不够刻苦,学习上缺乏自信心和动力;相反,学习成绩较好的同学,一般来说,学习都比较自觉、刻苦,上课注意力集中,积极主动,有着较强的进取和自信心,善于克服困难,善于运用正确的学习方法,因此,重视学生非智力因素的培养不仅是提高学生学习成绩的一个关键,也是加强中学物理课素质教育的一项重要内容。
