目的:观察滋肝养肾复脉汤对帕金森病认知功能及血清尿酸和同型半胱氨酸含量的影响.方法:将80例帕金森病患者随机分为治疗组和对照组各40例.两组均给予美多芭片治疗,治疗纽在对照组治疗基础上,加服滋肝养肾复脉汤治疗,治疗4周.观察两组症状体征、日常活动能力及认知功能改善状况,检测分析患者治疗前后血清尿酸和同型半胱氨酸含量变化,并评估临床疗效.结果:两组治疗后颤振、肢体拘痉、作强技巧、姿势改变、舌象、脉象症状积分均明显降低(P＜0.05),且治疗组的改善情况均显著优于对照组(P＜0.05);两组治疗后UPDRSⅡ评分均显著降低(P＜0.05),MOCA评分均显著升高(P＜0.05),且治疗组的改善情况均显著优于对照组(P＜0.05);两组治疗后血清尿酸含量均显著升高(P＜0.05),同型半胱氨酸含量均显著降低(P＜0.05),且治疗组的改善情况均显著优于对照组(P＜0.05);治疗组治疗后总有效率显著高于对照组(P＜0.05).结论:滋肝养肾复脉汤治疗帕金森病,疗效确切,能够有效改善局部病理生理状态,保护神经功能,提高患者认知功能.“,”Objective:To observe the influence of Zigan Yangshen Fumai liquor （滋肝养肾复脉汤,ZGYSFML) on cognitive function and serum uric acid and homocysteine levels in patients with Parkinson disease.Methods:The 80 patients with Parkinson's disease were randomly divided into treatment group and control group.The two groups were given Madopar tablets treatment.Based on this,the treatment group was given ZGYSFML,treatment for 4 weeks.The symptoms and signs,the ADL and the cognitive function were compared between the two groups.The serum uric acid and homocysteine levels of patients before and after treatment of the two groups were analyzed,and the clinical evaluation was evaluated.Results:After treatment,the flutter,membra cramps,strong skills,posture change,tongue and pulse symptom scores of the two groups significantly decreased (P＜0.05),and the improvement of the treatment group was significantly better than the control group (P＜0.05);After treatment,the UPDRS score of the two groups were significantly reduced (P＜0.05),and the MOCA scores of the two groups significantly increased (P＜0.05),and the improvement of the observation group was significantly better than the control group (P＜0.05);After treatment,the serum uric acid levels of the two groups were significantly increased (P＜0.05),the Homocysteine content of the two groups were decreased significantly (P＜0.05),and the improvement of the observation group was significantly better than the control group (P＜0.05);After treatment,the total efficiency of the observation group was significantly higher than the control group (P＜ 0.05).Conclusion:The application of ZGYSFML in treat with Parkinson disease is curative effect,which can improve the local pathological physiological state,protect nerve function,so as to improve the cognitive function of patients.
