含蜡原油经济出站温度是指生产运行中热力消耗与动力消耗之和的最小值所对应的出站温度。论文以降低原油热输管道的运行费用为目的,分析了含腊原油在稳态运行过程中运行费用的主要构成,把热输过程中的单位热力费用与单位动力费用之和即单位能耗费用作为目标函数,在考虑含蜡原油沿线温度变化对其粘度影响的基础上,建立了一个求解经济出站温度的数学模型。
Waxy Crude Economy The outbound temperature refers to the outbound temperature corresponding to the minimum of the sum of thermal and power consumption in production operations. In order to reduce the running cost of crude oil heat-transmission pipeline, the paper analyzes the main components of operating cost of crude oil with crude oil during steady-state operation. Taking the sum of unit heat cost and unit power cost as the unit energy cost As an objective function, a mathematical model to solve the economic outbound temperature was established based on the influence of temperature variation along the waxy crude oil on its viscosity.
