本文透过黄河断流及污染现状，系统分析了造成黄河这种局面的原因，并根据黄河流域未来３０～４０年的需水预测和我国水资源分布形势，提出了解决黄河问题的合理途径。
Based on the current situation of Yellow River cutoff and pollution, this paper systematically analyzes the reasons for the Yellow River. Based on the prediction of water demand in the Yellow River Basin in the next 30 ~ 40 years and the distribution of water resources in our country, this paper proposes a reasonable way to solve the Yellow River problem.
