根据血吸虫病流行区居民感染率调查的现行模式，介绍了在分层多阶段抽样的抽样方式下，居民血吸虫感染率的估计和误差计算；证明了单指标的多次分层抽样率的估计和误差计算与按多指标的一次分层抽样率的估计和误差计算等价；指出了与抽样条件和抽样效果有关的可能的近似处理；结合举例数据，说明了有关公式和计算方法的具体应用。
According to the current mode of investigating residents’ infection rate in the endemic area of schistosomiasis, this paper introduced the estimation and error calculation of resident schistosome infection rates under the stratified and multistage sampling method. The multiple stratified sampling rate The error calculation is equivalent to the estimation and error calculation of the first stratified sampling rate according to multiple indicators. The possible approximate processing related to the sampling conditions and sampling effects are pointed out. The application of the formulas and calculation methods is illustrated with reference to the example data.
