长期以来,很多地区的中学政治教研员(当然也包括其他学科的教研员),都或多或少地存在“四脱”现象:一是脱离学校,二是脱离第一线教师,三是脱离教材,四是脱离教学实际。这“四脱”严重造成对教育教学指导不力,或乱指导、瞎指导。面对如此状况,中学政治教研员如何寻找教研工作的?
For a long time, many middle school political researchers (and teachers of other disciplines, of course) have more or less “four-offs”: one is separated from the school, the other is the separation from the frontline teachers, and the third is the disengagement. Teaching materials, four are separated from the actual teaching. This “four offs” has caused a serious lack of guidance for education and teaching, or indiscriminate guidance and guidance.
